Data use boundary
Commercial insurance documents may contain customer business names, contact persons, premiums, liability limits, claims history, contract terms and other sensitive operational information. Users should only upload files they have permission to process; the system will save the AI output and original text citations in the site project for review and audit by authorized members. Current 10 role review supplements: It is recommended that users use client codes or abbreviations instead of unnecessary real full names; broker_owner can use internal job numbers; comparison_goal should not include irrelevant contacts, identification, banking, tax, health, claims privacy or other unnecessary sensitive information. ; Sensitive fields and original text excerpts should be visible only to authorized project members by default; project access, document viewing, report generation, approval, export, deletion and rollback should all record audit events. ; If the file cleanup status, audit log retention period and backup residual processing after deleting the project are not proven by the code facts, they must be marked as unknown. ; Users must be prompted when exporting fragments containing sensitive original text, and export audits must be recorded; exporting does not mean sending on behalf of the customer or external synchronization.
Data retention
Project documents, analysis results, reports, interpretation drafts and audit logs are retained according to the workspace configuration; deleting a project will delete visible records within the site and queue up associated files for cleaning, which does not mean that copies saved or downloaded by users outside the site have been deleted.
Human responsibility and rollback
The clause positioning, insurance comparison reports and draft customer interpretations generated by this product are only used for internal analysis and material preparation of commercial insurance brokers and do not constitute legal opinions, insurance underwriting conclusions, compliance review conclusions or final insurance recommendations to customers. All AI output must be manually reviewed against the original policy documents by a broker or supervisor with appropriate authorization and expertise.
Rollback only means restoring the term positioning results, comparison reports, customer interpretation drafts or workflow status on this site to the previous version; since the product is not connected to external production systems, rollback will not modify the insurance company system, brokerage management system, billing system, CRM, email or any external customer records.
